Drive Auto Body is a family-owned collision repair and paint shop in Hemet, California, serving the San Jacinto Valley with 20+ years of hands-on collision repair experience. We focus on insurance-claim collision repair, computerized color tools, and structural collision repair. You open the claim; after authorization, we help with repair documentation, supplements, insurer communication, and direct billing. Once the repair is authorized we deal with your insurance company directly. We write up the damage, talk to the adjuster, file a supplement when we find more, and bill the carrier. You open the claim, and you still owe your deductible plus anything you authorize that insurance does not cover, unless we put something different in writing.
How long does collision repair take?expand_more
It depends on how bad the damage is, how fast parts show up, and what we find once we open the car up. We give you a real timeline after we look at it.
Can you help with my deductible?expand_more
Ask us once your carrier approves the estimate. Whether we can help depends on your coverage, your deductible, and how big the repair is, and anything we agree to goes in writing. The customer remains responsible for the deductible and any authorized non-covered charges unless a separate written assistance arrangement applies.
Is the estimate really free?expand_more
A look-over estimate is free, in person, over the phone, or from photos you send. If we have to pull panels off or run diagnostics to see the real damage, we tell you what that costs and you sign off first.
